🏛 Politik in Hosena

Hosena ist ein Ortsteil der Stadt Senftenberg und gehört damit zur brandenburgischen Kommunalpolitik im Landkreis Oberspreewald-Lausitz. Politische Entscheidungen, die das Leben in Hosena betreffen – von der Infrastruktur über Kultur- und Sportförderung bis hin zu Bau- und Umweltfragen – werden in der Stadtverordnetenversammlung Senftenberg getroffen.

Vor Ort engagieren sich viele Bürgerinnen und Bürger in Ortsbeirat, Vereinen und Initiativen, um die Interessen Hosenas zu vertreten und aktiv an der Entwicklung des Ortsteils mitzuwirken. Der Ortsbeirat Hosena fungiert dabei als Bindeglied zwischen den Einwohnerinnen und Einwohnern und der Stadtverwaltung. Er bringt Themen ein, gibt Empfehlungen zu Beschlüssen ab und kümmert sich um lokale Anliegen – von der Gestaltung des Dorfplatzes bis hin zu Fragen der Verkehrssicherheit.

Die Politik in Hosena ist geprägt von Bürgernähe, Engagement und Gemeinschaftssinn. Viele Entscheidungen entstehen im direkten Austausch mit Einwohnern, Vereinen, der Freiwilligen Feuerwehr und ortsansässigen Unternehmen. Ob bei Fragen zur Sportförderung, kulturellen Veranstaltungen oder zur zukünftigen Entwicklung des Ortsteils – in Hosena gilt:

Die Sprechstunde des Ortsvorstehers/Ortsbeirates findet jeden Dienstag 16:30 – 17:30 Uhr im Büro des Ortsvorstehers in der Schule Hosena statt.

“DaRealOi's TikTok Posting App” allows users to schedule and post content automatically to their TikTok accounts using the official TikTok API.

To use the app, you must authenticate with a valid TikTok account. You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials secure and ensuring your use complies with TikTok’s API policies and community guidelines.

You agree not to use the app for any of the following:

Automated spam or bulk posting
Circumvention of TikTok’s rate limits or security systems
Manipulation of TikTok’s algorithm or analytics
Posting harmful, offensive, or illegal content

3. Availability

The operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the app operational. However, availability may be interrupted due to maintenance, TikTok API changes, or technical issues beyond the operator’s control. No guarantee of uninterrupted service is provided.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights to the app, including its source code, design elements, logo, and name, remain the property of the operator unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, modification, or redistribution of the app outside its intended use is prohibited without prior written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. The operator is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, account restrictions, or consequences arising from the use of this application unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.

You are solely responsible for the content you post using this app.

6. Privacy

The app does not store any personal data on external servers. TikTok access tokens are handled locally and only used for authorized API interactions. For further information, please see our Privacy Policy.

7. Modifications to Terms

The operator reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will be posted within the app. Continued use of the app after changes are made implies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. German law applies. If legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Senftenberg, Germany.
